Well, I personally like ATI a lot more. Better hard ware, better drivers, better 64 bit support. Better prices, and a much better hardware management software.

 

Really, it's more of a personal preference of which is better.

I prefer NVIDIA. Not 100% sure why, but I just do.

 

havnt had a problem with Nvidia yet, the only thing is, is prices are like backwards, new stuff is cheap old stuff is expensive

For Nividia? Maybe some stuff but some Video cards from them are EXPENSIVE and I mean the good ones

Im personally for Nividia, I've always used them and im lot more knowledgeable in them

I still find it bad that the 450USD 250 from Nvidia barely performs better then the 4750 from ATI, which only costs 130.

 

some of the 200 series weren't that great, couple were for HP and stuff like most of 9 series, but i think most of 200 series are pretty damn good, my 230 is actually pretty good

both are great solid companies

as for whos better? well they trade back and forth as to whos got the best or newest card but there both usualy pretty darn good

so much so that most other companies use there chips in there vid cards

 

I voted ATI simply because Intel is trying to kill them.
